How do you defeat the bats in the Kingdom of loathing?
Is there a special weapon that I need?

you beat me too it, was going to post that link. see if you can get someone to send you a sarcasm potion too, that really helps in battle, and don't forget the biscuits

the sarcasm potion is located in the mall, you can search the items. as for the biscuits, just keep fighting the bats and you will get a reasonable amount

Ok, it says I have to be at level 9 to visit the mall.
